Stamped parts are a method of forming pieces (stamped parts) in which external forces are applied to plates, strips, tubes and profiles by pressing and dies to plastically deform or separate them, thus obtaining the desired shape and size. Stamping and forging belong to plastic processing (or pressure processing), collectively known as forging. Stamped billets are mainly hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel plates and strips. In the world's steel, 60~70 points are plates, most of which are finished products after stamping. The iron-core silicon steel sheets of automobile bodies, chassis, fuel tanks, radiators, pot barrels, container shells, motors, and electrical appliances are all stamped. Instrumentation, household appliances, bicycles, office machinery, living utensils and other products, there are also a large number of stamping parts. Compared with castings and forgings, stamped parts are thin, uniform, light and strong. Stamping can produce parts with stiffeners, ribs, corrugations or flanges that are difficult to manufacture by other methods, thereby increasing their rigidity. Due to the use of jingmi mold, the accuracy of the piece can reach the micron level, high repeatability, consistent specifications, so that holes, bosses, etc. Can be produced by stamping.
